Camino de la Vía de la Plata - Cubo de la Tierra del Vino

Information about The Cube of the Land of Wine

El Cubo de Tierra del Vino is a town and municipality in the province of Zamora, located on the Camino de la Vía de la Plata. This is the first town in Zamora that pilgrims reach on their way to Santiago de Compostela. It is accessed after passing the border with Calzada de Valdunciel, through a small forest of holm oaks, rockroses and broom. Its name comes from the vineyards that once abounded in the area, but today are not preserved in that magnitude. It is a quiet, beautiful area, with some tourist attractions and a welcoming character.
