Information
This is one of the most beautiful stages of the Camino Sanabrés. The journey will be long and lonely, and we leave from A Gudiña to take a road that runs through the mountains, mostly over 1000 meters above sea level until we reach Laza. In A Gudiña cyclists should take the variant through Verín, which extends the Camino to Santiago de Compostela about 16 km.
This stage is part of the Silver Route.
A long mountain stage of enormous beauty. You leave A Gudiña on the Laza variant, which climbs above a thousand metres and cuts 30 kilometres off the journey. You walk through the Serra Seca with the As Portas reservoir in sight, pass Campobecerros and Portocamba and reach the Cruz do Peregrino. Then rolling ground with the valley at your feet and a long descent to Laza.Photos
