The Camino climbs the Tera valley towards the mountains: 67 kilometres via Rionegro del Puente and Mombuey, on comfortable surfaces with height gained steadily and without surprises. The cereal plain gives way to oak and heather until the last ramps reveal Puebla de Sanabria, perched on its hill at 941 metres. Take your time in its castle and arcaded square.
