Stage 25. Cadavedo – Luarca (15.3 km)

Information

Today we are lucky to have a short stage in front of us again, as Luarca is one of the towns in western Asturias with more interesting things to discover, so the 15 kilometres that separate it from Cadavedo are a pleasant ride. The route is pleasant and smooth, and in the final stretch offers us the opportunity to see beautiful views of the town of Luarca.

This stage is part of the Northern Way. Would you like to walk it with your accommodation already booked? These organised trips include it: Northern Way from Ribadesella to Ribadeo.

A short stage through western Asturias. From Cadavedo you continue between hamlets and dirt roads, with the N-632 as company, crossing small oak and chestnut woods and the Esva river. Just a few kilometres after Barcia you reach Luarca, the beautiful Asturian “white town”, with its harbour and seafaring old quarter. Set off early and enjoy it at leisure.
