This religious building depended on the Hospital of O Cebreiro in the 12th century. It was built in a very simple style and the single-walled bell tower stands out. Nowadays, the hermitage of Nuestra Señora de Perales is highly valued by the inhabitants of the village and every 8th September a pilgrimage is held there in honour of the Virgin.
