La Mesa is a small village that is part of the Asturian council of Grandas de Salime. It is located in the valley guarded by the Berducedo mountain range and crowned by the Buspol Peak. A charming village of stone houses and slate roofs that offers pilgrims the most complete disconnection from the world.
In this small village where there are hardly any services, only a public hostel in the old school and a cafeteria with a small grocery store. Due to its altitude, La Mesa has very low temperatures, even in summer.
