From Ventas de Narón you continue through a fully rural setting, among tiny hamlets, passing the Os Lameiros wayside cross (17th c.), Ligonde and Airexe with its Romanesque church. You can detour to the astonishing monastery of Vilar de Donas, the pantheon of the Knights of Santiago. Then just four kilometres separate you from Palas de Rei, a pilgrim town with all services.
