Information
The first kilometres of the day run leaving the city of Gijón, a not very pretty route. You will pedal parallel to the industrial estate arriving quickly at Avilés. From here you will head towards Salinas beach, where you can enjoy the views at the Philippe Cousteau viewpoint and have a drink. From this point the hardest part of the day begins. The climbs can be infernal and will slow your progress. The remaining kilometres take you to Muros de Nalón, your end of stage.
