How to get to Tui from Madrid
Madrid is one of the cities from which the most people depart to Tui, and perhaps the easiest point to reach. You have several options to do so.
By train
To get to Tui from Madrid by train, you must take a high-speed train (AVE) or a long-distance train to Vigo. This journey can take between 4 and 6 hours. From Vigo, you can catch a regional train that will take you directly to Tui in approximately 30 minutes.
Another option is to get off the train in Ourense, on a journey of about 3 hours, and then take another train to Tui, which will take 1 more hour.
Check the schedules of Renfe. Keep in mind that the train station in Tui is not in the city center, but in Guillarei, about 3 km away. You can reach your final destination by calling a taxi from Tui.
By bus
Another option is the bus, on a journey from Madrid to Vigo of 8 hours with the company AVANZA. Once in Vigo, you must take a bus with the company Lugove, which will take you to Tui in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
By car
If you prefer the freedom of driving, the journey from Madrid to Tui by car takes around 6 hours and 600 km. A combination of highways, motorways, and roads will take you to Tui.

Can you get to Tui from Barcelona?
To get to Tui from Barcelona, we have several options.
By train
Traveling by train from Barcelona to Tui is a bit more complicated than from Madrid, mainly due to the distance. First, you must take a train to Vigo with Renfe, and from there take another train or the bus from the company Lugove. The total journey can take around 12 hours, depending on the connections.
By plane and train/bus
A faster option is to fly from Barcelona to Vigo or Santiago de Compostela. From either of these airports, you can take a train and/or a bus to Tui. In the case of Santiago de Compostela, this city is well connected to Vigo by train (Renfe) and bus, in this case with the company Monbus. Upon arriving in Vigo, you can take the bus from the company Lugove.
By car
Driving from Barcelona to Tui is a longer adventure, with an approximate duration of 11 hours over 1100 km. A combination of highways, motorways, and roads will take you to Tui.

How to get from Sevilla to Tui

By train
To get to Tui from Sevilla by train, you must travel to Vigo or Santiago de Compostela. Once in Vigo, well connected to Santiago de Compostela with Renfe or Monbus, you can reach Tui by train or with the bus company Lugove. The complete journey can take about 10 hours.
By car
Driving from Sevilla to Tui is an option that will take you approximately 8 hours over 700 km, during which you will cross Portugal. It will be a combination of highways, motorways, and roads that will take you to Tui.
Tips for Getting from Santiago and Vigo to Tui
Wherever you come from, you will always end up in Santiago de Compostela or Vigo. Take note of the final details for reaching Tui:
- from Santiago de Compostela: train with Renfe or bus with Monbus to Vigo, and then another bus with Lugove;
- from Vigo: bus with Lugove.
