LEGAL RULES OF THE DRAWING – Draw of 7 days on the WAY OF SANTIAGO for 2 people with breakfast.
1.- Organizing Company
The companies Grupo Masala Integral S.L. with registered office at C/ Palencia 10, 1B 18007 Granada and Red Activa Integral S.L. with commercial name Viajes Camino de Santiago with registered office at C/ Poeta Gracián 6 2B 18007 (Granada), organize a CONTEST called ¡¡WE GIVE AWAY 7 DAYS / 6 NIGHTS ON THE WAY OF SANTIAGO HOSTELS AND Guesthouses FOR 2 PEOPLE WITH BREAKFAST.
2.- Disassociation with respect to Facebook
Facebook and Instagram in no way sponsor, endorse, administer or are associated with this promotion. The user dissociates him/herself completely from Facebook and Instagram and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to the companies Grupo Masala integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. and not to Facebook or Instagram. The information you provide will be used to manage the contestant’s participation, to communicate the prize and for commercial purposes.

All entrants who do not meet the specified requirements will be considered inadequate entries and will be out of the competition.
In the event that the winner does not meet any of the above requirements, the draw will be void and a new one will be held and so on until a winner who meets them appears.
Participation in the Competition implies the transfer and express authorisation of all intellectual property and image rights over the participations, so that the participant transfers to the companies Grupo Masala integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. the rights of exploitation of an intellectual, industrial and/or image nature that may correspond to them or derive from the participations sent to take part in the Competition.
4.- Duration
The competition starts on 12 July and will end on 16 July 2021. Between 14:00 and 20:00 the winner will be published on the Facebook wall of Viajes Camino de Santiago as well as on Instagram.
5.- Requirements to participate
The following are eligible to participate in the competition:
– All people who are fans of the official Facebook page Viajes Camino de Santiago or Instagram who have a real user profile on Facebook or Instagram.
They will not be able to participate:
Employees of any of the companies affiliated to Grupo Masala Integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral SL or fraudulent profiles.
6.- Selection of the winner/winners, substitutes, communication and delivery.
The winner will be selected using the Easy Promos random application together with the Easy Promos validity certificate.
The winner will be published on the walls of the social networks of Descapada.com and Viajes Camino de Santiago. You will have to contact the organization of Descapada.com and Viajes Camino de Santiago through a private message on the Fanpage.
If within a period of 5 calendar days from the day of publication the winner does not contact the organization, or the winner renounces the prize, he/she will lose the right to it.
The prize will be personal and non-transferable, so the only person who will be able to enjoy it will be the winner and the companion he/she chooses.

The dates must be chosen within the available dates in the calendar of the same trip (always subject to availability).
8.- Reservations and limitations
It shall be understood, by way of example but not limited to, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the Website is detected; the abuse of server queries and all those behaviors that may be apparently abusive and / or malicious.
The finding of any of these circumstances during the competition will result in automatic disqualification from the competition as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded.
The company Grupo Masala Integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.
The companies Grupo Masala Integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L.. reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the competition.
The company Grupo Masala integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the functioning of the services through which the promotion is participated in, to the defrauding of the usefulness that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses via the Internet.
The company Grupo Masala Integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. reserves the right to make changes that result in the success of the competition when there is just cause or force majeure that prevent it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules.
The company Grupo Masala Integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. reserve the right to postpone or extend the period of the competition, as well as the right to interpret these legal conditions.
Likewise, the organising company will be exempt from all liability in the event of any of the aforementioned cases, as well as from any liability for damages that may be caused during the enjoyment of the prize.

The data provided by the participants will be treated confidentially and compiled in an automated file of personal data, being the company Grupo Masala integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. holders and responsible for this file, with registered office Calle Palencia 10 1º B Granada whose purpose will be the management of this draw and sending commercial information that may be of interest.
The company Grupo Masala integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. guarantee full compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of personal data collected in this competition, especially with regard to the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants.
10.- Acceptance of the terms and conditions.
The simple participation in the contest implies the acceptance of these Rules, so that the manifestation in the sense of not accepting all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a result, the company Grupo Masala integral S.L. and Red Activa Integral S.L. will be released from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with the participant.
