Leaving San Amaro, watch out for stretches beside roads and crossings. Once in Briallos, it's worth a half-kilometre detour to see the Cascadas do Barosa, with its sixty-metre drop and fourteen terraced mills. The stage ends in Caldas de Reis, one of Galicia's great thermal towns: take a stroll through its botanical garden and relax on a terrace listening to the river.
